Professional players including Jos Buttler, Sam Curran, Dawid Malan and head coach Matthew Mott were in attendance.

The players presented the Prime Minister with the signed England jerseys of the entire team.

The visit follows last week's massive government school sports package, which includes more than £600 million in PE and sport insurance premiums over the next two years.

The announcement also sets new standards for equal access to sport, making clear that girls and boys should be offered the same sport during physical education and extra-curricular hours at school.
