“AAP launches ‘AAP Ka RamRajya’ website.”
“Launch precedes Lok Sabha polls starting this Friday.”
On Wednesday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) unveiled its “AAP Ka RamRajya” website, aiming to highlight the party’s vision of “Ram Rajya.” The launch of the website, which coincided with the celebration of Ram Navami in various parts of the country, was accompanied by a press conference where AAP leaders shared their perspective.
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, speaking at the joint press briefing, emphasized that the website would serve as a platform to showcase the AAP’s interpretation of “Ram Rajya” and the efforts made by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to embody the ideals of Lord Ram in the national capital.
The timing of the website launch was significant, coming just ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, with the first phase scheduled to commence on Friday. This move indicated AAP’s strategic approach to present its vision to the electorate as the nation gears up for the crucial electoral process.
Through the “AAP Ka RamRajya” portal, the party aims to highlight the principles of good governance, social justice, and inclusivity that they associate with the concept of “Ram Rajya.” It will also provide a platform to showcase the initiatives and achievements of the AAP-led governments, particularly in Delhi.
As the political landscape intensifies in the run-up to the elections, the website serves as a digital outreach tool for the AAP, allowing them to connect with voters and communicate their vision for governance inspired by the ideals of Lord Ram. The launch, therefore, was not just a digital event but a strategic move to present AAP’s narrative in the political discourse leading up to the polls.
During the press conference unveiling the “AAP Ka RamRajya” website, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh lauded Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his efforts in realizing the concept of “Ram Rajya” in the national capital. Singh highlighted the accomplishments of Kejriwal’s government over the past decade, including the establishment of quality schools, the introduction of mohalla clinics, provisions for free water and electricity.
“Chief Minister Kejriwal accomplished wonderful things — good schools, mohalla clinics, free water and electricity and free bus rides for women — in the last 10 years for realizing ‘Ram Rajya’,” Singh remarked, underscoring the tangible improvements in governance that AAP associates with the ideals of Lord Ram.
Singh also noted the significance of the timing, pointing out that this year marked the first time Kejriwal was not among his people on Ram Navami. He alleged that the Delhi Chief Minister’s absence was due to being embroiled in a “baseless” case that resulted in his incarceration, based on statements from what he termed as “false” witnesses.
“This is the first time that Kejriwal is not among his people on Ram Navami,” Singh stated, suggesting that the circumstances surrounding Kejriwal’s absence were unjust and politically motivated.
The presence of AAP leaders Atishi, Saurabh Bharadwaj, and Jasmine Shah at the press conference underscored the party’s united front in presenting their vision of “Ram Rajya” to the public. Their joint appearance signified a collective effort to highlight the party’s achievements and initiatives in Delhi, aligning them with the principles of good governance, social welfare, and inclusivity that AAP believes are inherent in the concept of “Ram Rajya.”
As the Lok Sabha elections loomed on the horizon, the unveiling of the “AAP Ka RamRajya” website and the accompanying press conference served as a strategic move by the party to connect with voters. It offered a platform to communicate their vision for governance, grounded in the ideals of Lord Ram, and to address the challenges faced by Kejriwal, portraying him as a leader committed to the welfare and progress of the people.
