Jagan claims that he may easily switch to a different state and party, in contrast to Naidu.
Jagan Mohan Reddy, the chief minister, has claimed that he is not like Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the TD, “who can relocate to another state or change party with personal intentions.” I will limit myself to serve the five-crore people of AP as a family member, he continued.
The chief minister was making reference to Naidu’s recent trip to Khammam, Telangana, and his remarks there.
“Unlike Chandrababu, I won’t leave this state or switch parties if there are no opportunities for me to do so, and I don’t change my spouses like his ‘adopted son,’ who did. The five-crore people of AP are my family, and I am solely in politics here to support and serve them, according to Jagan.
The chief minister laid the cornerstones for eight significant development projects worth a combined Rs. 904.8 crore in Kamalapuram assembly segment as part of his three-day tour to YSR district.
Speaking to a sizable crowd at the Kamalapuram CSI Church Grounds, the chief minister attacked the leader of the TD. After the death of former chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, who pushed for exclusive development of irrigation to the tail-end, Naidu allegedly overlooked irrigation in the Kadapa district during his tenure.
The chief minister said ample water would be provided there through the Brahmam Sagar Reservoir at a cost of around Rs 188 crore for industrial demands. Kopparthi Industrial Area has 6914 acres at an estimated cost of ‘221 crore closer to Kadapa headquarters.
In the industrial area, the groundwork for a logistic centre worth Rs 54 crore and an executive centre worth Rs 34.50 crore was also laid. “The Kopparthi Industrial Park will provide at least two lakh job opportunities, half of these in the electronic industry cluster,” the official stated. “Another one lakh unemployment will come from completion of the projected park on 6914 acres.”
Due to problems with rehabilitation during the tenure of the TD government, Jagan Reddy saw that the Gandikota Reservoir and the Chitravathi Balancing Reservoir had never reached their full storage capacity.
