ACTRESS JUNG CHAE-YUL IS NO MORE – K-FANS ACROSS THE WORLD PAY TRIBUTE TO THE LATE ACTRESS
‘Zombie Detective’ star – Jung Chae-Yul’s sudden death shook the entertainment industry and the K-fans all over the world. Jung Chae-Yul was announced dead on Tuesday i.e., 11 April 2023; the actress was found dead at her home.
The news of her death was announced by her management company ‘Management S’ and they chose the Korean media outlet Soompi to make the announcement. Chae-Yul’s talent agency, Management S made an official statement about her death; they referred to the news as ‘sorrowful and heartbreaking’ and added “Actress Jung Chae Yul has left our side on April 11, 2023”.
Their statement also stated that the late actress’s family is in deep sadness and that they wanted a private and quiet funeral for her. The management also requested the public to not go to the lengths of writing speculative articles and spreading rumors.

Jung Chae-Yul was a prominent and leading Korean actress cum model. The K-actress made her debut in 2016 with the Korean TV program ‘Devil’s Runway’. And following that Chae-Yul appeared in many other Korean TV shows and dramas including ‘Deep’ in 2018, ‘Zombie Detective’ in 2020, and ‘I Have Not Done My Best Yet’ in 2022.
It is also reported that the actress’s upcoming drama is Wedding Impossible and the actress was in the middle of filming it. This hugely hurt the fans to not see their star anymore. The actress’s death left fans devastated and they chose to express their sadness through Instagram posts and also commented on the late actress’s previous posts on her official page.
“Such a heartbreaking news, may she rest in peace,” wrote a user on a post of Chae-Yul, a fan wrote “Nice, graceful, sentimental, animal lover and full of love. This world is too harsh for delicate things.” Remembering the beautiful qualities of the actress. Some referred to her as a delicate flower and that now the flower is torn.

A user commented, “Keep your promises, why lie like this?” on a recent post by Chae-Yul to which she captioned “I’m going to blog more frequently from now on” in Korean. Netizens also expressed their deep condolence to the actress’s family and friends.
No statement made by Chae-Yul’s management quoted the cause of her death. The sudden announcement of the actress’s passing without revealing the cause left everyone sad and confused at the same time.
But in these sad times, no pressure is to be put on the late actress’s family, who are undergoing a lot already and so let us respect their decision of privacy and stay with them through this.
