Hyderabad experienced light rains as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) Hyderabad forecasted moderate thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds in various Telangana districts.
This rain came as a last respite for the city and surrounding areas on Saturday morning, following scattered showers on Friday, April 12. The IMD predicts maximum temperatures of 37°C to 39°C and minimums of 24°C to 26°C for Hyderabad. Sunday, April 13, may see temperatures exceeding 35°C.
According to IMD Hyderabad, thunderstorms with lightning and gusts (30-10 kmph) are likely in isolated spots of Adilabad, Kommacam Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagityal, Medak, and Kamareddy districts today.
