Leaked Images from Upcoming Film “Kalki 2898AD” Cause a Stir Online
Pan-Indian superstar Prabhas is currently in the shooting of his upcoming film, “Kalki 2898AD,” featuring an action-packed sequence set in Ramoji Film City, complete with 1000 junior artists and the enigmatic Kamal Hassan as the antagonist. Simultaneously, Prabhas is engrossed in dubbing for his other project, “Salaar.”
Recently, a leaked image from the film’s editing room made its way onto the internet, instantly becoming a trending topic on Twitter. The leak sent shockwaves through the online community, prompting the swift intervention of the film’s production house, Vijayanthi Movies. Producer Ashwini Dutt expressed disappointment at the breach but noted that the leak had inadvertently fuelled anticipation for the movie. This phenomenon is reminiscent of the buzz generated by previous leaks, such as those from Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa.”
“Kalki 2898AD,” one of the most eagerly awaited Indian films, is scheduled for release on January 12, 2024. Ashwini Dutt, the film’s producer, recently spoke with a Telugu news channel, revealing that top-notch global graphics companies are contributing to the movie. He tantalizingly hinted at numerous surprises awaiting the audience.
In a recent shoot for “Kalki 2898AD,” two giants of the Indian film industry, Shah Rukh Khan and Oscar-winning director S.S. Rajamouli, made cameo appearances, adding to the already heightened anticipation. Rumours about a potential postponement of the film’s release from January 12, 2024, to April 24 have been swirling on social media. Producer Ashwini Dutt firmly asserted that the movie would indeed be released on the originally announced date, dismissing any postponement speculations.
Prabhas portrays the role of Lord Vishnu Dev, the final avatar known as Kalki Bhagavan, symbolizing the eradication of Adharma and the establishment of a new Dharma in the world. The film promises a compelling blend of action and emotion. A month ago, the “Kalki 2898AD” team unveiled a new title and glimpse at Comicon, sparking immense excitement among moviegoers eager to witness Prabhas in this Pan-Indian project.
Director Nagi has confirmed that Amitabh Bachchan will play the character of Ashwadhama, aiding Lord Vishnu’s last avatar in the ultimate battle between good and evil.
