According to the sources the Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao has announced the date for inauguration of new secretariat building, after long discussion with his key leaders of TRS party advisors and cabinet colleagues.
Dr B.R. Ambedkar secretariate building will be inaugurate the complex by CM KCR after the building constructions. On the same day CM KCR start’s working form his office which is on the 6th floor.
The new seven storey secretariate palace build in the same place of old building as keeping in mind, the beautiful view of heart of the city Lake Hussain Sagar. The construction of the palace is expected to be complete by Sankranti. The total estimated construction of this seven-storey palace is Rs: 650 Crores, and its built-up area is 7 lakhs sft.
Vemula Prashanth Reddy, ministry of roads and buildings had visited the construction site two days ago and instructed the engineers, construction agency to complete works by fixed date of Chief Minister.
As per reports the minister instructed the Construction agency to get hire more workers for different shifts Workers are busy putting the finishing touches on two huge domes. The national emblem takes the concept to a height of 278 feet. Sources say.
In November the chief minister has inspected the secretariate construction and passed orders the constructions of the building must reflect the pride of Telangana state and must stand as a role model for other states. CM KCR described that this new complex is the result of the sacrifices of the immortal heroes who once laid down their lives in the Telangana Movement.
The construction of the Martyrs Memorial in the new Secretariat has also reached its final stage In an area of 3 lakh square feet, the Immortal Heroes light has been built with commemorative light lamps. A photo gallery museum and an art gallery on the second and third floors, as well as a series of conventions.
