Former ZPTC BJP State General Secretary of Patan Cheruvu, Gadila Srikanth Goud, and district leaders Pratap Reddy participated in a dharna programme in front of the MMARO office in Jinnaram mandal centre against the state government’s allotment of farmers’ lands in Jinnaram survey number 1 to TSIIC.
He stated on this occasion that previous governments had allocated lands in Survey No. 1 of Patan Cheruvu Constituency Jinnaram village to local farmers for their livelihood.
He claimed that the KCR government and the local MLA had wronged the poor by seizing their lands, arresting all leaders of all parties who came to show solidarity with them, and caning the farmers.
The local MLA warned that if the farmers’ land is not allocated to them and they refuse to work to solve the problem, there will be a large-scale movement.
This programme was attended by District Secretary Bindla Kumar, OBC Morcha State Executive Committee members Devender Goud, Aminpur Councilor Edla Ramesh, Jinnaram Mandal President Bandi Srikanth, Vavila MPTC Ravinder, and all party leaders and affected farmers.
