Special Investigation Team[SIT] has issued summoned BJP leader BL Santosh in the Harassment case of TRS MLA’s
The SIT team which formed my Telangana Government with six police officers and will be led by Commissioner of Police Hyderabad to investigate the case.
DELHI: The BJP National General Secretary Mr. BL Santosh got summoned by the SIT team which formed by the Telangana Government. MR. BL Santosh will be arrested due to he has failed to attend on November 21, at SIT.
The Telangana High Court has rejected the BJP’s request to take over MLA’s harassment case to the CBI and formed the SIT probing the case independently. The Telangana High Court said that the judge will give his opinion in the of case investigation.
The SIT team got orders from court to submit the case file on November 29th on how the probe has been doing.
The Telangana Government has formed SIT on November 09, with six police officers to investigate the case which will led by the Commissioner of Hyderabad. Ramachandra Bharati also known as Satish Sharma, Simhayaji and Anand Nandakumar was taken into Cyberabad police custody.
The crime has taken place in Moinabad Farm house, Hyderabad around evening hours of October 26, when they tried to trap the four TELANGANA RASHTRA SAMITHI MLA’s offering them with Money.
On the base of a tip from one of the MLA’s Pilot Rohit Reddy, who stated that the accused tried to offer him Rs: 100 crore and for other three he offered Rs: 50 crore for each. Cyberabad Police followed out the raid.
The Chief Minister K. Chandra Shekar Rao stated in press conference held on November 03, that he supported the TRS FILMS, The BJP had used to criticise people of poaching. Chief Minister stated that the accused poaching might be linked to Union Minister Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Incident October 26th
According to the sources: On October 26th evening hours Police stated that the One of the TRS MLA’s P. Rohith Reddy from Tandur has given tip off to police saying some BJP’s candidates offering them 100 crores to switch from TRS to BJP. As per the request of P. Rohith Reddy, accused candidtes asked P. Rohith Reddy bring more three MLA’s G. Balraj, Harvardhan Reddy and R. Kantha Rao along with him and they offered 100 crores for me and 50 crores for each three of them.
Police stated that we raided Moinabad Farm House on October 26th with Reddy’s request, they assembled voice recorders and spy cameras to catch the crime while offering them money to switch from TRS to BJP.
When the candidates came to Moinabad farm house and spoke with TRS MLA’s. The one who recorded everything and called police who was waiting outside already. While police raid the Media got information to reach Moinabad Farm House and cover all the crime incident.
After the arrival of media and police the accused candidates sitting at one place and TRS MLA’s were seating on other corner. While the police raid took place some local media news given live. According to the FIR filed by MLA Rohith Reddy, The accusers told Reddy if he will not switch to BJP he would face illegal cases and IT raids by the CBI and Enforcement Directorate.
The Three Accusers, are who?
A businessman from Hyderabad named Kore Nandu Kumar, a priest from Sector 31 in Faridabad named Ramachandra Bharati alias Satish Sharma, and a priest from Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh named D Simhayaji were all detained by police.
Rohith Reddy is friends with Nandu Kumar, a Pargi native who lives in the Vikarabad district, where Rohith Reddy represents Tandur as a TRS MLA. Up until 2019, Simhayaji served as the chief priest at the Sri Mantraja Peetham in the Andhra Pradesh district of Anamaya, near the Ramanatha hamlet of Chinnamandem.
He is also listed as a member of Estah, an organisation with headquarters in Bengaluru that was founded in 2009, in accordance with their website, “with the intent to support and encourage rural people, especially farmers, to achieve sustained economic growth through agriculture and community development.” Police claim he told them he works as a pandit, performing religious ceremonies at houses, but his occupation beyond 2019 is unknown.
While the three were all identified by the police in court documents as BJP workers, they vehemently denied any affiliation. In addition to announcing that they are not party members, the BJP has also asked the Telangana High Court to turn the investigation into the charges over to the CBI.
The four TRS MLAs are who?
P Rohith Reddy (Tandur Assembly Constituency), Rega Kantha Rao (Pinapaka), B Harshvardhan Reddy (Kollapur), and Guvvala Balaraju are the four members of the legislature (Achampet). In the December 2018 Assembly polls, P Rohith Reddy, Rega Kantha Rao, and B Harshvardhan Reddy won on Congress ballots; nevertheless, they joined the BRS in June 2019 together with nine other Congress MLAs.
Balaraju works as a Director at GBR Infrastructures Pvt Ltd. A Hyderabad, Gachibowli based GBR Infrastructures Pvt Ltd. Rohith Reddy is a director of Everest Infra Ventures (India) Private Limited. He began his political career in the now-defunct Praja Rajyam Party founded by politician-turned-actor K Chiranjeevi. Kantha Rao works in agriculture, whereas Harshvardhan Reddy is an attorney and his wife is a teacher.
