Succession is an HBO drama series that follows the lives of the Roy family, a fictional family who own one of the largest media and entertainment conglomerates in the world.
This series that premiered on HBO in June 2018 now has it’s 4th season entertaining the audience on Disney+ Hot star.

The first season of Succession aired on June 3, 2018 contains ten episodes and the second season has nine episodes. The first season begins with the death of the family’s patriarch, Logan Roy, and the subsequent struggle between his four children to become his successor.
Shortly after the first season came the second season in August 2019. The season picks up shortly after the conclusion of season one, with the Roys in the midst of a hostile takeover of their rival company, Waystar Royco. Throughout the season, themes of ambition, power, and loyalty are explored. The Roys are forced to come to terms with their own personal desires, and the consequences of their choices.
The third season that came out in October of 2021. This season starts right where the season left off. The season opens with the Roys struggling to pivot their company to a streaming service, as well as deal with the fallout from the previous season. As the season progresses, the Roys become embroiled in a battle between two powerful media moguls – Logan’s old friend and rival, Stewy Hosseini, and the mysterious and powerful media mogul Rhea Jarrell.
The show has been praised for its sharp writing, complex characters, and intense storylines.
It has won numerous awards, including four Primetime Emmy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, and two Critics’ Choice Television Awards.
