Prithvi Shaw Indian Cricket Player

The influencer, according to Gill’s attorney, was a fan of Shaw and wanted to snap a selfie with him. But the cricketer misbehaved with her when intoxicated. Additionally, he charged that the hitter had hit Gill with a wooden bat. Also, according to the police, Gill and Thakur were inebriated at the time of the event.

Shaw’s buddy Ashish Yadav, who has lived in his apartment with him for the past three years and owns a cafe, reported the event.

According to the complaint, Gill and Thakur approached the player for a selfie at the hotel, and Shaw first agreed to have his picture taken with them. However, when they pushed on taking additional pictures with him, Shaw refused their request. As a result, Gill and her friend began acting inappropriately with the cricket while intoxicated. When the hotel manager saw this, he interfered and demanded that Gill and Thakur leave the area.

Shaw and Yadav had dinner at the hotel after this incident. Nevertheless, when they emerged, Thakur was standing there with a baseball bat in his hand. The accused then began to smash the car’s windscreen. Gill mistreated Shaw as well. When Yadav and others drove the batsman’s automobile to Oshiwara, the cricketer was transferred to another vehicle.

Yadav noticed that their car was being pursued by three motorcyclists and a white car. His automobile was targeted at 4 AM by the chasers when it made a U-turn next to a gas station on Link Road.

Thakur was one of the individuals pursuing the car and used a bat to smash the windscreen. Yadav and his pals were harassed by the six individuals driving motorbikes, as well as by Gill and Thakur, who were also inside a car. Yadav then drove the vehicle to the police station in Oshiwara.

Following Yadav to the station, the eight suspects allegedly threatened to settle the matter for Rs. 50,000 or she would file a false police report against them. Yadav then lodged a complaint against the suspect. Based on the complaint, Oshiwara Police opened an investigation under sections 143 (illegal assembly), 148 (rioting), 384 (extortion), 506 (criminal intimidation), and others of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC).
