A woman named Dhan Devi and woman’s paramour Suraj and cousin Sunil Kumar has kidnapped and killed neighbour’s son. The woman was arrested after three days when the crime has taken on December 8.
Vinod Shukla, a district government attorney in addition, said: “It was a terrible crime. Before killing the youngster, the woman first squeezed some of his blood, put it over her face, and drunk a few drops of it as a part of the ritual.
According to the reports, after taking woman into the custody, when police started questioning her, she said. It’s been 6 years of my marriage and we are trying kids but there is no use, so I decided to meet tantrik “to remove the bold of being childless”.
Dhan Devi began living with her family in Shahjahanpur after becoming tired of the jeers at her in-laws’ residence. It was there that she first encountered the tantrik. Dhan Devi was married to Dharampal, a resident of Madhotanda in the Pilibhit district. The boy’s relatives had urged that the culprit receive the death penalty.
