The BJP approached the High Court for permission to permission for the 5th phase Praja Sangrama Sabha Yatra. The High Court will hear the BJP’s petitions in the afternoon. The Praja Sangrama Yatra was to start on Monday after the public meeting held by BJP Party Telangana State Chief Bandi Sanjay from Bhainsa Town. The state chief of the BJP party, Bandi Sanjay, was taken into custody by the police as he did not have permission for the Praja Sangram Yatra.
Speaking to the media in Karimnagar, Bandi Sanjay said that he will take a decision on the padayatra and public meeting after the court hearing, but said that even if permission is not granted, the padayatra will not be stopped. He spoke.
Nirmal Police:
According to the police, BJP state chief Bandi Sanjay permission has refused due to issues related to law and order and religious issues, at Bhainsa town.
Adilabad MP Soyam Bapu Rao along with party workers will participate in large numbers. BJP has already arranged seating and other facilities in the outskirts of the city to celebrate the start of the party yatra and organized the Maha Sabha.
As planned in Nirmal district, from Bhainsa town to Khanapur, a long journey of 130 kilometers was to be done in 10 days. Though the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devedra Phandavis will attend the public meeting as the chief guest. According to sources, Rama Rao Patel, the president of Nirmal DCC, will join the BJP on this occasion
Slogans Raised against State Government for declining the permission at Nirmal.
It is reported that Rama Rao Patel and some other leaders have been taken into police custody.
