K Chandrashekhar Rao, the Chief Minister of the BRS, travelled to Solapur on Monday for two days as part of the party’s planning to broaden its support in Maharashtra. He was escorted by a large procession of about 600 cars that included BRS leaders from both Telangana and Maharashtra as well as ministers, lawmakers, MLAs, MLCs, and other elected officials.

With shouts like “Jai KCR, Jai BRS” and “Ab ki Baar Kisan Sarkar,” among others, BRS cadres planned magnificent welcomes to the Chief Minister’s convoy at many locations along the road. Flexi banners praising the Telangana growth model, the Chief Minister, and the BRS have been put up. In his convoy of approximately 600 four-wheelers, Chandrashekhar Rao drove in his official bus with the ministers, members of parliament, and other leaders. Aerial photos of the enormous convoy that quickly gained popularity on social media showed a serpentine queue of cars travelling down the Hyderabad-Mumbai Highway.
