Delhi liquor scam: Kavitha claims accusations made against her are untrue
The newest chargesheet issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi liquor scam includes BRS MLC and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao‘s daughter K. Kavitha, which has generated spirited Twitter exchanges between Kavitha and the opposition party leaders.
Responding to tweets about her alleged involvement in the scam from BJP leader and former MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy and Congress MP and in-charge of party business in Telangana Manickam Tagore, Kavitha insisted she was innocent and called the accusations “false and phoney.”
Kavitha responded to Tagore’s tweet with, “The accusations on me are absolutely spurious and incorrect,” stating, “plenty explanations @RaoKavitha garu.” Time alone will demonstrate my honesty. It is a political vengeance by the BJP because they are afraid that their anti-farmer and pro-capitalist policies will be revealed by BRS Party Chief CM KCR ji.
Her Twitter conversation with Rajgopal Reddy lasted a little longer. The BJP leader and former Munugode MLA tagged her and stated, “Liquor Queen’s name was listed 28 times in the chargesheet,” along with a newspaper clip.
Kavitha answered right away. “Big brother Rajgopal, please hold off on making rash statements. A fabrication won’t become the truth, whether my name is mentioned 28 times or 28,000 times, she responded in a tweet. The final sentence from Kavitha was, “#TruthWillPrevail.”
Truth is like a fire chellamma, Rajgopal Reddy reacted after being on the receiving end for a considerable amount of time before to the Munugode by-poll, which he ultimately lost to the BRS (little sister). The truth is that you were involved in the liquor fraud. You will undoubtedly serve time in prison. Your father and brother are powerless to save you.
He continued by threatening that “your entire family would end up in prison” since minister K.T. Rama Rao and other BRS officials allegedly propagated lies about the Rs 18,000 coal mining contract won by a company controlled by his family and attacked “my character to defeat me.”
