Shraddha’s murder shocked the entire nation – Delhi
Delhi News: Aftab Amin Poonawala has been arrested by Delhi Police in connection with Shraddha’s murder. He used to beat Shraddha unnecessarily, according to Shraddha’s friends.
Aftab murdered a woman in Mumbai long ago, chopped her body into pieces, and threw the pieces all over Delhi.
Aftab Amin Poonawala is a food blogger who has studied hotel management and is a trained butcher. Shraddha Walker’s friend described her as an artist and a nice person. Rajat Shukla stated that Shraddha and he met in college. Their ambition was to become journalists, and they used to meet on a regular basis for combined studies. They enjoy acting and have taken on a variety of roles in theatre productions.
How Aftab and Shraddha Met:
Aftab Amin Poonwala and Shraddha walker both are from place Vasai and met on social platform (dating app) and shraddha use to chat regularly with Aftab.
What actually happened?
I noticed a lot of changes in her after she met Aftab. I’ve never seen her smile more after meeting Aftab. I asked her about their relationship several times, and she told me everything. Shukla stated that they intended to relocate together. They were planning to move delhi for job in 2019 and rented apartment near Naigon. Shraddha was working for IT call Centre at malad. After that we never met shraddha and she never tried to contact us.
Aftab Amin Poonawalla used to beat Shraddha unnecessarily. Aftab has murdered a Mumbai based woman long back and chopped her body into 35 pieces and threw chopped pieces in different places of Delhi.
Whenever shraddha asks Aftab to marry her, Aftab use to frequently beat her brutally. Shraddha called her parents and friends and informed all about. Aftab amin and Shraddha fought, when she raised a topic of getting married to her, and Aftab lost control on his anger and he murdered shraddha. Aftab chopped shraddha body parts into almost 36 pieces and to destroy all evidence, he used to fed stray dogs and he threw some pieces in different places of Delhi.
How Shraddha Murder Got into The News?
In January 2020, Shraddha lost her mother. Nadar lost her contact after he tried to call her and also tried to reach her through message but there was no response from shraddha and her phone was switched off. He got worried and informed to the family members and Vikas submitted a request at the Vasai DCP’s office on October 6. In application he mentioned that he is unable to reach her daughter through phone or social media accounts due all her social media accounts went into silent.
Police filed Vikas request as a missing complaint and started investigating since October 12. As per Vikas complaint Aftab and shraddha were in Live-in relationship, the main suspect of the case was Aftab, told Investigation officer Sachin Sanap. When police called Aftab for enquiry he came from Delhi to Vasai. When police started questioning him, he stated that Shraddha was in live-in relationship with other man and when he came to know about it, asked Shraddha to move on and he never forced her to stay with him, but police was not convinced by his answers and his behavior. Police started their investigation with help of Delhi police. A case was filed in the Mehrauli police station dated November 09. ACP Ankit Chauhan and his team decided to start enquiry. Police Said Aftab was apprehended and detained utilizing technical surveillance.
According to the Shukla friend of Shraddha:
According to the Police Investigation, Aftab in an effort to avoid suspicion, he used to chat with shraddha’s social platform accounts with her friends and family members. He even paid all her bills, and he may have also used formaldehyde to store the pieces of the dead body. Investigation Officer said. We planned to get shraddha, safely back to home but we never thought that the news of shraddha cruel murder, Mr. Shukla Said. Shukla stated I never heard a story like these which I have seen in my life. Shraddha was very good friend for me. Aftab must be punished with same cruelty what shraddha has faced. Government officials must take strong action against Aftab. I hope shraddha gets recompense for her death is what Shukla is claiming for.
