Transgenders should be treated equally with the general public in all spheres says Honorable Judge K Anita
Medak News: According to Honorable Judge K Anita, “transgenders should be treated equally with people in all fields, everyone should be equal in the eyes of the law, let go of discrimination, and bring about a great change to allow every transgender to live freely.”

Hon’ble Judge Ms. Sri K. Anitha Junior Civil Judge cum Chairman Mandal Legal Service Committee Narsapur participated in this programme and stated that by educating transgenders about various laws, everyone is equal in the eyes of the law.
She stated that, in addition to the rights granted to the people of India by the Indian Constitution, transgenders have equal rights. Transgenders should not be looked at with discriminatory eyes, and if they are, they deserve to be punished according to law.
She stated that the constitution has allowed transgender people to live equally without being discriminated against or discriminated against by some members of society. You should remember that you should not live in pain and do things on your own in order to function well in society. If you are threatened, contact the local police station or the Mandal Legal Service Committee Court. They claimed that they could obtain justice.
Following that, the transgenders told the honourable murthy about their ordeals and wept on the wall, claiming that they are not allowing us to live as equals in society and are harshly discriminating against us. Similarly, when some people have children, they call us and put the babies in our hands, saying that they will be great if they put the baby in our hands, for the prosperity of the village, they call us and take our blessings.
Some people take our needs for their own and then distance themselves from us; if we try to work and survive, they don’t give us jobs in employment guarantee jobs or government jobs; let’s get a great education means we don’t discriminate in schools and colleges and don’t give admissions; and let’s work and survive means we don’t give jobs to our transgender people.
They are discriminating against us. They explained that if they are granted a house to live in also they are not given the houses that have been granted to them. Similarly, by passing a law granting pensions to us, the government is discriminating against us as transgenders without granting pensions.
They stated that transgenders are in an unfortunate situation in this country where they cannot see a human being as a human being, that the state and central governments across the country are discriminating against us, and that the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of various states, the State Judicial Service Authority, the various District Judicial Service Authorities, and the various Mandals to listen to our sufferings and give us another life, and that 50 transgenders express their gratitude.
The Honorable Judge Mrs. Anita Junior Civil Judge, Chairman Mandal Legal Service Committee Narsapur, has been requested to provide legal justice through the court. Hon’ble Justice Garu addressed the transgenders and stated that he will bring the matter to the attention of the District Legal Service Authority Chairman Medak District for proper justice.
She stated that all people should treat transgender people as human beings, and that those who disagree with transgender people will face severe legal consequences.
Swaroop Rani, Raju Naik, JCJ Court Superintendent Janga Srinivas, Voluntary Organization Chairman Satish, Court Staff, Legal Service Court Staff, Narsapur Court Constable Abhishekam, Kaudipally Court Constable Dilip Goud, and Shivampet Court Constable Haribabu Goud are among the advocates participating in this programme.
