Today in Pune, there will be a Hindu Janakrosh Morcha. The march will begin at 10 am at Lal Mahal and end at the statue of the Deccan region’s Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. On this march, various Hindu organisations will take part. The Bharatiya Janata Party‘s MLAs, corporators, and office holders will also march in this event. Many Hindutva activists, including Telangana MLA Rajabhaiya, Dhananjay Desai, and others, will attend. Changes have been made to Pune’s traffic for this march (Pune Traffic Updates).
The traffic segment in Vishram Bagh will continue to serve as a detour.
- Once the Mashal Yatra passes Belbagh Chowk, vehicles travelling from the Gadgil Statue towards Jijamata Chowk will turn left and continue via Kumbharves.
- Phadke Houd Chowk will be used by vehicles travelling from Sonya Maruti Chowk to Belbagh Chowk through Laxmi Road.
- Following the start of the Mashal Yatra, cars travelling from Appa Balwant Chowk to Budhwar Chowk will detour via Shaniwarwada via Bajirao Road before continuing to the final destination.
- Vehicles travelling along the Lakshmi Road from Belbagh Chowk to Tilak Chowk will follow Bajirao Road to Appa Balwant Chowk via Sevasadan Chowk till the Mashal Yatra reaches Khandojibaba Chowk and then continue to the desired location.
- Vehicles coming from Bajirao Road will continue to their destination through Tilak Road from Pooram Chowk when the Mashal Yatra reaches at Belbagh Chowk.
- Vehicles coming from Shastri Road will continue to their destination through Mhatre Bridge from Senadat Chowk after Mashal Yatra reaches Tilak Chowk.
Transportation near Dagdusheth Temple
- Once the Morcha begins congregating near Lal Mahal, all traffic from Phadke Houd Chowk will be halted.
- For drivers heading to Swargate from Shivaji Road, according to requirement following the Mashal Yatras rush at Jijamata Chowk. Go. Take Jungli Maharaj Road to Khandojibaba Chowk, then Tilak Road to go where you’re going from Barve Chowk.
- Traffic will pass by Daruwala Bridge and Phadke Houd Chowk on its way from Ganesh Road-Darulla Bridge to Jijamata Chowk.
- Traffic travelling from Puram Chowk on Bajirao Road to the Municipal Corporation will take Tilak Road directly via Alka Chowk and Khandojibaba Chowk.
- As necessary, the Kelkar Road will stay restricted to traffic from Appa Balwant Chowk via Jogeshwari Mandir Chowk to Budhwar Chowk.
- After congregating at Lal Mahal Chowk, traffic going from Futka Buruj and Gadgil Putla Chowk towards Shaniwarwadi will be entirely detoured to Municipality and Kumbharves Chowk.
- After the march reaches Sevasdan Chowk, traffic from Futka Buroj and Gadgil Putala will be released.
- Traffic from Sonya Maruti Chowk via Laxmi Road will be detoured to Fadke Houd Chowk after the procession has reached Budhwar Chowk. Traffic coming from Alka Talkies will be detoured to Karve Road after the procession reaches the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Statue. The traffic from Karve Road will then be detoured to Alka Chowk.
